Popupspace was founded in 2008 as the UK's first pop up specialists. We are experts in finding pop up spaces and negotiating short lease deals. We actively source space for clients and can work with any vacant property, in any location across the UK, from shops, offices, bars and restaurants to galleries and event spaces. We act in the best interests of the tenant and provide a personal service. We have sourced space for big bands including Kellogg's, Playstation, Microsoft, Ebay, Bird's Eye, Vauxhall, The BBC and the NHS. We find low cost pop up shops for charities and have worked with RSPB, Breast Cancer Care, Shelter and The Children's Society. We have helped entrepreneurs and small business find pop up spaces for product launches, events and short-term shops. We also provide specialist Pop Up insurance which includes protection for Public Liability, Products Liability, Employer's Liability, Trade Contents/Stock, Accidental Damage and Business Interruption. Additional insurances eg. Buildings, Terrorism and Legal Expenses can be added on. Pop Up insurance can be taken out for as short a term as one month, and premiums are competitive and comparable with rates for long term cover.
