Port Colborne Community Association for Resource Extension (PORT CARES) is a not-for-profit organization focused on helping individuals and families improve their quality of life in Port Colborne, Wainfleet and across Niagara. Our mission is to help those in our community with social and economic needs improve their quality of life. Port Cares inspires and provides help, hope and opportunity for all in our community to achieve their potential. We provide help without judgement and are all accountable to one another. We treat everyone with respect, and work collaboratively together.
