We produce tooling for foundries out of a variety of media. We make mostly high production tooling out of metal and or urethane. We also make low running patterns out of wood, modelling boards, or polystyrene. We utilize traditional patternmaking techniques as well as CNC machining to produce accurate, and durable tooling as efficiently as possible. Our company has 3 CNC milling machines, and a full traditional patternmaking and machining shop. We also have a sand shell core department supplying foundries with a variety of products. We make most shell core boxes in house to customer's specifications, but can fit existing boxes to our machines if required.
