Port Matilda Ems

Port Matilda EMS is a non-profit organization that provides Basic Life Support (BLS) emergency medical services to the Port Matilda Borough, Halfmoon, Huston, Taylor, and Worth Townships, a section of Ferguson Township, and surrounding secondary coverage areas. The station, on High Street in the Port Matilda Borough, is located centrally within the coverage area. PMEMS has two fully equipped ambulances ready to respond to emergencies on a manpower available basis. There is a crew on station twelve hours a day, with the remaining twelve hours covered by volunteers who respond from home. The volunteers and employees of PMEMS strive to provide all persons with the most professional care possible.
