Portesham Surgery

We are a rural practice serving the community around the Bride Valley in West Dorset. Our area runs from Burton Bradstock in the west, Portesham in the east and Winterbourne Abbas in the north. We have three GPs whose special interests include paediatrics and joint injections. Our nursing team offers the full range of nursing services including wound-care, childhood immunisations, travel immunisations and advice, and health checks. We have our own in-house Dispensary with experienced dispensers and a Pharmacy Technician to dispense your acute and repeat medications. We also benefit from in-house midwifery, diabetic and dietician clinics run by peripatetic NHS professionals.
