Portfolio Risk Solutions (PRS) was formed in 2023 by industry veterans to assist commercial real estate lenders with monitoring risk and managing liquidity. PRS provides a comprehensive portfolio evaluation to measure asset quality. The evaluation is designed to help lenders detect early signs of underperforming real estate loans and areas of vulnerability. As troubled assets are identified, PRS performs case-by-case analysis to determine appropriate solutions. In addition to portfolio evaluation, PRS services include: managing troubled loans on behalf of lenders; developing and implementing strategies directly with borrowers; serving in a court appointed capacity; property management of both loan assets and REO; and disposition of commercial real estate properties and/or notes.
