Established in 1987, the company became established as Irelands largest leaf spring distributor. The company is now under new ownership and management since 2016 and has continued to grow through investment, extension of product ranges and new technology. Leaf springs are a crucial component in commercial vehicles and are found on vans, trucks, buses and 4x4 vehicles. A leaf spring is the component responsible for carrying the vehicles load. According to CSO Road Survey Report 2017 each year in Ireland over 150 million tonnes of goods are carried by commercial vehicles over a distance of 1.6 million kilometres over separate journeys. Every single journey taken requires the vehicles leaf springs to support its load and deliver the goods on time. When a leaf spring breaks the vehicle can not be driven and a stationary vehicle with not generate income for its owner.
