It has become the "go-to-place" of celebrities, models and business people who are fashion-conscious yet financially savvy. The selection, personally chosen by Jena through her travels and dealings with clients, ranges from a 1960s crocodile Hermes handbag to the latest "IT" bag of the season. The shop specializes in vintage Chanel items where clients can find difficult-to-acquire pieces like a 70cm 1980s crystal sautoir, tasseled handbags in mint condition and the latest version of the 2.55. Customer service is highly personalized, with the staff very well-trained. The authentication of Hermes items is done by either Authentecite or Carol Diva (US-based)- thus guaranteeing that all Hermes bags have the backing of specialists here and abroad. Poshdated also carries Bag-A-Vie, a customized bag-filler that safeguards the shape of purses when not in use. It is also an independent seller of PIPPA bags by Modalu England and Reviva Skin Care Products from the US. It accepts items based on consignment and is a merchant partner of AMEX, BDO, EastWest, HSBC and Metrobank credit cards. This allows clients to purchase high-end pieces through deferred payment up to 12 months. Clients like the transparency and service of Poshdated as evidenced by its growing fan and customer base. It was featured in the January 2014 issue of MEGA Magazine. It delivers goods worldwide and offers advice to in-store clients when asked.
