Objectives (a) To improve life and fulfill the needs of young people through:(I) The provision of recreational and leisure activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designated to improve their conditions of life;(II) Providing support and activities which develop their skills, to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals;(b) The promotion of activities, which encourage community participation by the provision of facilities for football and other sporting and recreational activities; and (c) To provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupations, for individuals who need such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life.
