With over 20 years of experience working with children with behavioral needs and specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder, I have a dual Master's degree from Drexel University in Teaching, Learning and Curriculum, Regular and Special Education. If there is one thing I have learned in my time working with the incredible children I have encountered over the past 20 years, it is that each child is unique and comes with their own individuality that makes them so precious to us. These differences can often lead to challenges and stress for the parents and family. With a plan tailored specifically to not only your child but your family, I am here to ensure that you and your child are set up for success in whatever areas you would like to work on. With my supervisory experience, I often had to create detailed Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) to systematically target areas of need and support for employees who were struggling in a variety of areas.
