Possibilities Institute

The focus of our work is on growing life skills, empowering individuals, groups, enterprises and communities in developing sustainable projects and businesses. We offer accompaniment and consultation to help create regenerative projects, to implement cultural change in organisations and companies and work with group diversity and conflict creatively and cooperatively. We support communities, neighbourhoods and any group that wants to create positive change in their local environment to improve their quality of life and their capacity for cooperation and collaboration between diverse groups. We offer hands-on training in workshops and seminars that teach specific philosophies and techniques based on the principles of collaborative culture & social innovation and that help individuals and groups find commitment, volition, and the capacity to catalyse change. Behind the Possibilities Institute stands an inspiring and colorful team that works to contribute to co-creating new ways of experiential learning for resilient action at this time of transition. We work with educational organisations, business enterprises, non government organisations, community groups and individuals. We are an international team of trainers and consultants from 3 different continents, with very different stories, very different backgrounds but a shared passion to support collaborative projects and work with people to fulfill their dreams.
