Post Acute Specialists of Texas supports the clinical needs of the post-acute medical community by bringing board-certified physicians to care for the senior population in collaboration with existing facilities. Our providers all have extensive experience with cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, vascular, and wound care. This means that we're able to help reduce unnecessary hospitalizations and ER visits in five different areas!
