THE MISSION Post Game Professions is the leading voice to connect former/current female athletes (NCAA, U Sports, and professional levels) to meaningful jobs/careers, while providing employers an access opportunity to build relationships with this unique talent pool. Through years in high-level sport, athletes naturally inherit a backbone of hard work, competitive drive, persistence and ambition. These individuals represent much more than what is on their resume— they embody the unique characteristics of what it takes to be successful in the workplace. HOW IT WORKS We work closely with female athletes through the PGP platform to help them find and apply to careers that align with their goals and skill set. PGP partners with companies that value diverse talent. We get their job listings into the right hands from the start– with motivated, persistent and determined female athletes eager to join their team.
