Postvegen 11 ønsker å sette en ny standard for næringsbygg på Nordvestlandet. Med fokus på bærekraft og alternative former for energilagring i næringsbygg, skal vi bygge fremtidens arbeidsplasser. Postvegen 11 bygges ut med et tilbygg på 7500 kvm tilsvarende passivshusstandard med energiklasse A. Eiendomsmassen blir da på kvm med kontor- og butikklokaler over fire etasjer. Bygget prosjekteres for å søke om BREEAM-NOR Excellent sertifisering, noe som vil gjøre det til Nordvestlandets grønneste bygg, i tillegg til det første bygget med så høy sertifisering i hele Møre og Romsdal.
