Established in 2009 by Kevin Mulroy, former publisher at the National Geographic Society, Potomac Global Media is a Washington, DC-based book packager and creative services group, with a focus on illustrated nonfiction for adults and kids. A full-service editorial production and custom publishing company, we also provide project management, concept development, and representation services. PGM creates content primarily in the categories of family reference, history, health, photography and science. Our titles have sold millions of copies, and our creative team of writers, editors, designers and illustrators have produced bestselling books for clients including Smithsonian Institution, National Geographic, Scholastic, Inc, the Library of Congress, and many independent publishers.
