Richard [Potter] spent 20 years as a Chartered Surveyor with the national firm Edwin Hill, before they were acquired by the international Altus Group in 2007. Richard was involved in many property transactions across the country, advising a wide range of clients on their occupation and ownership of commercial property. Marcus [Learoyd] spent much of his career ‘client side’. Most notably, with Carphone Warehouse. Marcus was closely involved in the company's meteoric rise from ‘start-up’ in 1993 to one of the UK's market leaders in telecommunications. Marcus has a deep understanding of how growing businesses view their office space in terms of location, suitability for purpose and occupational costs. Both born, bred and resident in Northamptonshire, they harboured the ambition to establish a business within the area, and, after over 20 years of working for large organisations, they decided the time was right to start something new.
