Poverty Talks

a non-partisan organization devoted to giving a voice to people in poverty at all levels of society. This includes engagement at the political level (but not lobbying), engaging communities, engaging service providers and non-profits, and of course, engaging people in poverty. Our steering committee is made up entirely of people who are in poverty ensuring that the voice of lived experience is at the forefront of everything we do. We host events and are available for public speaking at your event or for media and press interviews.
