Our team of over 250 top-notch professionals, with extensive experience in the IT industry and has completed over projects to date, leads each program. We aim to teach the skills that are in high demand by the industry, yet not always taught in universities. The Povio Academy is built on three essential pillars: Workshop, Internship, and Mentorship. These pillars are designed to help you enhance your skills, collaborate with like-minded individuals, and tackle practical challenges. Our workshop marks the beginning of the journey, as it offers guidance from skilled mentors and allows you to enhance your IT expertise in a critical area. Personalized attention and expedited progress are facilitated by the workshop's small group setting. The best candidates from the workshop will be offered a paid internship at one of Povio's offices, where you can apply the acquired knowledge while working on practical cases with the constant support of mentors. Finally, in the mentorship stage, you will participate in real projects, collaborate with the team, attend meetings, and launch your career! Our programs are spread throughout the year in various office locations, including Ljubljana, Maribor, Celje, Pristina, Beograd, and Sarajevo, offering flexibility and accessibility to all participants.
