Our core business activity is Architectural Design Services with a full range of experienced and skilled professionals in our Cardiff office. Established in 1966 our integrated approach is based around the fundamental principles of Sustainable Development. Our skills and experience have enabled us to become increasingly versatile in the production of integrated information required by modern building development, and, together with our breadth of expertise, we are able to offer an extremely comprehensive approach to all projects. We are committed to the use of BIM software Revit and have been working in collaboration with industry leaders to establish best practice for the implementation of common standards and efficient delivery of projects. We bring this best practice to our projects to establish a common set of protocols which are in line with national standards and can benefit from the experience and feedback from the wider industry. We are using BIM platforms on many projects and have recently developed two major acute hospital projects to Level 2 4D fully collaborative BIM project in which BIM data is being used directly for off-site prefabrication. With our BIM champions, we have developed our own systems and procedures to enable our expansion of BIM and embrace BIM from the inception of the project. We fully understand the value of BIM to our clients including: the ability to accurately quantify material required in a building, accurately visualise any difficult construction issues, help predict Health and Safety issues and greatly assists in the integration of ‘off-site’ construction components.
