BACKGROUND Founded in 2013 with just two employees, PIC has grown into an organization of 300+ professionals. Established PIC FZE in Sharjah, UAE (2019), with a dedicated warehouse operational from 2025 Commissioned a Marine & Power Workshop in Jeddah (2020) Provides full-scope solutions for diesel and HFO engines, control systems, SCADA, DCS, and complete engineering support KEY ACHIEVEMENTS • Executed a highly complex W20V32 crankshaft grinding and metal-stitching project, followed by complete overhaul, spare-parts supply, and a 1-year warranty. The engine has since achieved successful running hours. • Precision crankshaft grinding executed for W20V32, W18V38B, and 16ZV40 engines. • Supplied and commissioned complete rotor assemblies for 26 × ABB TPL67 turbochargers. • Operation & Maintenance of Al Jouf Cement’s power plant (13 × W18V32 engines) for over 10 years. • O&M of a 62 MW power plant equipped with 9 × W18V32 engines. • Successfully overhauled 85+ Wärtsilä engines, 12 × W18V26, and 8 × MAK 32C engines. • Completed AVK alternator stator rewinding and advanced crankpin repair works on W18V38B engines.
