Being strong, healthy and able gives self confidence and raises self esteem, then which are key factors in being mentally healthy, consistent and resilient. Focusing on all qualities involved; physical strength and fitness, physiological health, mental health, consistency and resilience, identity and personality, self development and knowledge.
