As a InfoCall reseller we offer Content Providers the possibility to deliver their content via premium rate telephone lines to the end user and charge them via their phone bill. Applications that use this are for example TV Voting, TV Game Shows, Clairvoyant Services, Technical Support Lines, Ringtones, Information Services and Trivia Games. Our Customer Care Center Solutions offer anyone operating in the premium rate space (IVR, Carrier Direct Billing, Premium SMS) a highly specialised tool making it easy to be compliant with the relevant Code of Practice. In-house development and training ensures hat the platforms and workforce are scalable as well as completely adaptable to any need of our clients.
