Powerfab
During the 1980's dinky little excavators started turning heads on building sites around the UK. Small enough to get through a standard doorway or garden gate and portable enough to be towed on the road with its own built in trailer, the mini excavator was born. Powerfab Ltd went on to sell the mini excavator all around the world and in its hey day employed around 50 people turning over £3 million per year. The company thrived for a while however in the face of increasing competition Powerfab was sold to a rival, the company changed hands a few times and along the way the brand was discontinued. But now - phoenix like - Powerfab is back. The Powerfab name suddenly moriband became available and David John (CEO and Founder of former Powerfab Ltd) son Nathan John decided to re-register the trademark and revived the brand. Now Powerfab continues to offer pioneering, strong and high performance products.
