We rebuild pumps, compressors, and valves. Our capabilities include Outer Diameter Grinding up to 40" diameter by 22' lengths. Inner Diameter Grinding up to 64" Swing. Surface grinding, Blanchard grinds. Welding, Thermal Spray, including High Velocity Oxygen Fueled (HVOF) Tungsten Carbide, Plasma, Ceramics Wire Portable and Dual Arc. Mills can swing up to 120" and Horizontals with 4 1/4 boring bars and powers rotary table. Lathe up to 61” diameter by 24” length. Also miscellaneous services, chrome, plate, straighten, heat treat. Hone, lap, Balance, broach, pick up delivery, portable keyway cutting.
