PPB Hartabina Sdn Bhd (12505-M) PPB Properties, the property division of PPB Group Berhad has built a sterling reputation for crafting high-value residential, retail and commercial spaces over the years. PPB Properties was the developer of the residential, commercial and retail properties in Taman Segar, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. Its landmark properties include Cheras LeisureMall, Cheras Plaza, Masera Bukit Segar; a guarded residential community housing 38 high-end bungalows. It has also completed Southern Marina Residences in Puteri Harbour, Iskandar Johor, the first phase of Southern Marina, an integrated waterfront 12.5-acre development which is dubbed the gem of Puteri Harbour.
