Business, Leadership and Executive Coach for those with an engineering and operations bias The last time I looked, entering the words “Business Coaching” into an internet search engine bought up approximately hits. In the book section of Amazon, it is suggested that there are over publications relating to the topic. Coaching is a big subject which, over the last two decades, has gathered such momentum and distinction in the business world that it is now recognised as a sector in itself. Training as a coach has never had so many possibilities, whether for individuals who would like to qualify as a coach or for leaders in the workplace and want to have coaching skills in their repertoire. Universities have embraced new accreditations, business courses have the skills included in their modules. Learning about coaching is as accessible as any subject. As a result, coaches abound! As a consequence, selecting an organisation or individual to provide coaching in the workplace offers more alternatives than we are able to research. However, after careful selection, there follows fantastic benefits and possibilities to develop any individual, team or organisation as a whole. And, from what we are hearing about in research papers worldwide, these are sustainable results.
