This is in reference with our telephonic discussion regarding hiring the semiskilled and unskilled labour of Jharkhand in Delhi NCR. COVID-19 has wrecked havoc on the Indian economy and the worst affected is the semi skilled and unskilled work force working away from their home towns in urban areas.Due to the lack of employment they have returned back to their home states The government has eased down the lock down recently and is encouraging all the industries to become functional.But the biggest problem is the unavailability of the workforce needed for smooth functioning of each sector. We are a company which aims to fill in the gap between employers and the employees.We are connected with the employers of the various industries which need the work force.To meet their demand we have a network of local agents in the different states who provide us the desired labour of different profiles. We have also created an App ‘Rozgar Pao’ which will be functional on play store for the employers and the employees.
