For many years, we developed self-acquired and tenanted properties. Starting with the creation of residential spaces in Bhayander and Nalasopara, and a heavy-duty industrial complex at Dahisar, we moved on to being the first to design and create Mumbai's first mall (Citi Centre in Goregaon). Premium projects in Khar, Santacruz, Vile Parle, Juhu, Goregaon, Borivali, Nasik and Goa followed. So did a reputation of ethical business practices, innovative approach and transparent dealings. Circa 2004, the focus shifted to redevelopment. Projects in Goregaon, Khar and Vile Parle stand testimony to our growing position in redevelopment. Yet, there is more. To be heard. To be said.
