Practical Matters CIC was set up in February 2021 to support those with hidden/ invisible conditions to become more independent in the practical side of life. We support individuals with all aspects of volunteering, employment and financial budgeting. Since starting out we have expanded our support to help employers to hire people with neurodiverse, hidden or invisible conditions through our training course, recruitment agency work and consultancy. Our vision is to have a future where people with hidden/ invisible conditions are empowered to lead independent lives.
