Practical Parenting

Sheila O'Malley is one of Ireland's leading Professional Trainers, specialising in the areas of Parenting & Wellbeing. Sheila is a former EAP provider for VHI where she delivered Seminars on Personal/Family Wellbeing (Stress/Resilience). Sheila holds a degree in Relationship studies in addition to her Parent Mentoring qualification. Her specialty is her unique delivery which is active and engaging whether leading Working Parents Groups or running an inhouse training programme. She has been a Parenting Correspondent for Independent Newspapers and runs a Parenting slot on TV3's Ireland Am as well as Radio work.
