Praman - Signature Living by Purohit. We are a real estate company having a focus on redevelopment projects in Mumbai. The group was founded by Late Architect Mahendrakumar N. Purohit. Our group is a mix of technocrats comprising of Civil Engineers, Architects and MBA background all in the core management. Key personnel of Praman group are: Mr. Kaushal M Purohit (Managing Director) is a Civil Engineer, Mr. Kunal M Purohit (Director) an MBA in Finance, Our forte is redevelopment of old (cess and tenanted) buildings which is evident from our specialized skill sets such as property and tenant negotiations, project planning, approvals, and liasoning, and finally project execution. Some of our iconic developments are Praman Solitaire at Breach Candy, Praman Splendour at Matunga, Praman Heritage at Sicka Nagar, Shreepati Arcade a 45 storied residential tower at Nana Chowk, Praman Heights at Thakurdwar, Praman Residency at V.P.Road, Raghavji Building off Kemps Corner, etc. We are also envisaging luxury villa projects in Tungarli and Mulshi (near Aamby Valley) areas of Lonavala. We have developed more than a million square feet in redevelopment projects in Mumbai city.
