PRATHANA ALLOYS PVT LTD is established by a group of professionals and technocrats with an experience of 40+ years to Manufacture and supply Ferrous & Nonferrous Quality sand castings in Machined & Un-Machined condition. We manufacture Sound Quality Castings in materials like Carbon steel, Low Alloy steel, High Alloy Steel, Duplex Steel, Super Duplex Steel, Nickel-based alloys, Non Ferrous, Manganese Steel and Heat Resistance grades with Un-Machined & Machined condition as per ASTM Standard & as well as National and International specifications. We are ISO 9001: 2015 Certified Company through TUV, Nord Germany. We are certified for manufacturing for material grade ASTM A 995 Gr. 4A, 5A and 6A by NORSOK We are certified for supply casting under inspection of IBR – 1950 Code We have Spectrometer to analyze - 30 elements including Selenium anad Nitrogen from M/s. Bruker, Germany for rapid and instant chemical analysis of steel and super alloys in our unit. We are familiar with NABL laboratory for NDT Test which can be conducted on specific casting requirements: Micro Structure, Inter granular corrosion test and Impact Tests, Etc.
