Pratyusha Support is committed to restoring hope and dignity to underprivileged women and children. Founded in 2014 by Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, we bridge the gap between crisis and care by providing support to the abandoned and the vulnerable. Our key focus areas include:* Critical surgeries & healthcare access for newborns, heart patients, and women in life-threatening conditions * Period poverty relief and education on gender & health issues in schools and orphanages * Safe shelter, education, and holistic care through our partner trust for children with no homes * “Wish Come True” initiative, fulfilling aspirations of children facing severe medical challenges With co-founders and leaders like Dr. Manjula Anagani (Gynecologist, Padma Shri) & our Executive Director, Seshanka Binesh, we combine medical expertise, compassionate outreach, and transparent operations.
