In our space for bodywork, manual therapy and Coaching we take time to care for our clients in a comforting environment. What do we offer -> Pilates - a method, to encounter all challenges life throws our way pain-free and strong with resillience, flexibility and adaptibility-> AT Structural Integration - Manual-therapy dealing mainly with the connective tissue (fascia). The approach is deep and slow in general, but encompasses a lot of stroke modalities to help you discover and change your less beneficial habits and patterns, to enable change within yourself and to find easiness of movement and depth of breath in all of life’s challenges-> Craniosacral Therapie - a soft yet deep physical physical therapy that helps improve and harmonize the structure and function of the entire human tissue. It relaxes the muscles, bones and organs, and it stimulates the cellular activities and their regeneration. The use of a soft touch permits the body to regain access to its own resources and self-healing powers-> Craniosacral Therapy for babies, kids and family, CranioSacral Therapy treatment aids the immune system and sets the stage for the body to heal itself. In children, imbalances and restrictions can generally be corrected quickly. If left untreated into adulthood, the same imbalances can cause pain and dysfunction and will likely take far more time and effort to correct-> Art Coaching - a creative process that helps release blocked energy in the system and to bring you back to your potential and yourself
