Praxis was founded on the simple observation that the veterinary industry needed balanced brokerage. The core methods that we had used for decades in other practice brokerage markets were not being implemented in veterinary practice brokerage. There was a fundamental mismatch between how brokers structured practice sales and how veterinarians would actually like to buy and sell practices. We saw the need for a better way and knew that fairness was the solution. We decided to implement mutual representation and fair market valuation for an equal fee.
