PRC International is a local consultancy with a global reach. Since we're a consultancy based on questions, one question we ask is: What is the meaning of life? And the answer we offer is:"The meaning of life is your response to it." So our goal is to help make our partners' response to the work they do as meaningful as possible. And, since all human beings depend on explanation to communicate the meaningfulness of what we do in our institutions, the focus of our consultancy is on the Explanation and Behavior of our Social Institutions. And by Human Behavior we mean simply, People Doing Things. One of the most important things we do is attempt to explain the behavior that goes on in our social institutions. Otherwise how could we possibly hope to understand what we're doing, let alone improve our performance and the quality of life within our institutions? The value of this approach is found in the fact that a social institution doesn't simply use explanation, a social institution IS an explanation. So the more we know about the explanation and behavior that goes on in our social institutions the better off we'll be. The explanation for this is found in the fact that our social institutions are best seen as adaptational mechanisms. If they don't make it, we don't make it. Adaptation is literally our ability to respond. And responsibility is essentially to any social institution. We believe that this response to the challenges posed by adaptation better ensures survival, success, and growth. We don't expect what we offer to be believed. The value of our services lie in their being tested and used. The ultimate aim of PRC International is to help our partners achieve the fullest and freest expression of their powers.
