We specialise in providing expertise that will allow Project Managers to plan/design/produce and install precast elements to suit their site requirements. We can help you with the feasibility of converting existing in situ details to a precast concept, provide budgets, manage design and production if required. We can introduce you to precast modellers, designers, precast mould suppliers and concrete mix designers. The production of structural, ordinary reinforced precast concrete elements such as columns, walls, beams, stairs etc are all possible without a dedicated precast supplier being engaged. Precast produced ‘in house’ is in ‘project control’ so a ‘just in time’ policy can be adopted; this will allow flexibility when changes at the work face are required. The precast supply can adopt the existing site safety and quality plans so reducing the number of interfaces that would be required with an external supplier.
