Precision Chi is a behavior analysis company that has your health and wellness as its focus. We are in the business of using the science of behavior to produce significant change in your well-being, so you can be more energized and effective in doing what you do. Our day-to-day life have never-ending to-do lists, as we juggle our professional and personal life. We find ourselves in information overload as information comes our way through so many channels—emails, text messages, phone calls, Linkedin, Instagram, etc—leaving us drained and exhausted by the end of the day. So, how do we manage all of this without putting our health on the sidelines? Precision Chi is on a mission to improve the health and wellness of professionals one behavior at a time. We believe that to truly be effective in what you do, self-care must be at the forefront. Taking time to reset and refocus enables us to manage our time throughout the day with sufficient energy, attention and purpose, leaving us with a sense of productivity and accomplishment.
