Precision Financial Services was formed in 1986 by Jake Toepper. In 1997 Tijuana Smith was hired as a staff accountant in their Elmhurst office. Tijuana had previously worked for Arthur Andersen, which was one of the largest accounting firms at that time, but decided to work with a smaller firm to be able to provide the same expertise that was given to Andersen clients but with a personal touch at a more affordable price. In 2001 Jake Toepper retired and Precision was purchased by Tijuana and Roy Smith. As a Woman-Owned Small Disadvantaged Business with 8(a) and MBE/WBE certifications, Precision is committed to excellence and creating innovative and flexible solutions for all of our clients.
