Preconstruct is a creative studio specialising in communications for the built environment. Established 2003. We bring spaces, places and ideas to life before they physically exist — crafting images, animations and interactive experiences that inform, excite and inspire. Collaborators include planning consultants, architects, construction companies, property developers, designers, and marketing and PR specialists. Our partnerships are diverse and our creations eclectic. Our work helps win bids and competitions, achieve planning and funding, communicate complex designs and ideas, and market your vision.
