Precotex, located in Lima, Peru, is a vertically integrated and full package factory, manufacturing cut & sew knitwear apparel for Men’s and Women’s for 20+ years. We currently produce for many brands in the USA, Canada and around the world. A few of our current clients include Coach, Tory Burch, Psycho Bunny, M.M.LaFleur, Karl Lagerfeld, 47 Brand, Costco, among others. We have a great range and service the variety of needs across all levels of the market, from mass/volume to contemporary and designer. Precotex is the original and still the largest printing factory in Peru. It’s just one of our differentiating specialties. We offer digital printing for fabric, on garments, digital sublimation and reactive, with high definition, no color limit, all-over, screen printing, large format screen printing, placement.plus, embroidery, from simple to elaborate, complex mixed media. We are well-versed in assorted washes and dyes, having the newest dye and finishing house in Peru. Our state-of-the-art machines produce novelty magic on natural materials, synthetics, all manner of blends: pigment dye, burnout, chroma, mineral, sublime, tie-dye, dip-dye, spray wash, and more. In performance finishings, options include wicking, UV protection, anti-microbial, eco-friendly anti-microbial… Of course, we manufacture high quality core. Pima cotton, Tanguis cotton are at the base of everything we do. Additionally, we have a variety of innovative blends in the lightest, finest jerseys to heavier French Terry, fleece and much in between. We also offer a full range Organic cotton options and recycled blends. Taking responsibility seriously, we have a water treatment plant, heat recovery unit in the dye process, we generate our power through natural gas. Precotex is a member of the US Cotton Trust Protocol and Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), providing transparency and traceability in the cotton we use.
