Predictive Discovery is building Africa’s next mid-tier gold producer. Following completion of the planned merger with Robex Resources, the combined company will unite the Bankan and Kiniero projects in Guinea, two large, low-cost, advanced developments, supported by a mineral resource base of >9Moz Au and significant exploration upside. Near-term cash flow from Kiniero (first gold targeted December 2025) is expected to fund Bankan’s development, creating a multi-asset miner with operational synergies and a clear pathway to +400koz per year by 2029.
