In addition, we offer our Top Down cleaning services which include a combination of services from above which garner the client a 10% discount on all services rendered. First and foremost, we work for you while we are at your property. We work to provide a range of the best services to you for an extremely fair price. We are fully insured to protect your investment and also provide services guaranteed to be safe to you and your family. Second, our estimates are solid and can only be added to at the clients specific request. in addition to solid estimates, we offer a refund policy for our work for any part of the work performed that is not up to your expectations. We will walk through the job with you in order to ensure that we are both aware of one another's expectations for the services we will render. Third, we help you create a healthy environment for working or living. We have treatments to remove allergens, pet soiling, dirt, grime, odors, and other environmental contaminants. We only use cleaning products that are non-harmful to humans, pets, and the environment. At times, we do have to use harsh chemicals, but we always remove or extract those chemicals upon completion.
