Pregmune is revolutionizing fertility care by applying artificial intelligence, data science and reproductive immunology to identify often-overlooked causes of infertility. Our introductory product, IRMA, is a comprehensive evaluation of blood markers and genetic traits found in scientific studies to contribute to implantation failure, miscarriage, or pregnancy complications. Some tests (histocompatibility and chromosome analysis) involve both parents when a partner or sperm donor is available for testing. Additional tests check the patient for signs of an autoimmune condition or high inflammation levels, as well as assess the patient’s thyroid, metabolism, thrombophilia risk, nutrition status, and hormones. The IRMA report includes a detailed analysis of test results, an AI-generated estimate of the likelihood that the patient and their partner or sperm donor will have a successful pregnancy while following our recommendations, and a personalized treatment plan. IRMA's proprietary artificial intelligence model analyzes more than fifty different attributes including patient history, laboratory test results and patient demographics.
