Premiata Forneria del Corso with over 30 years of experience in artisanal desserts and sweets of highest quality. We have received considerable success with our products thanks to the long experience and attention we have in choosing the best raw materials; a feature that has always distinguished us since 1988. We mainly produce typical sweets, always maintaining high quality standards. Our selection of products is concentrated in crunchy Ferratelle, rolled up stuffed with extra jam of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes (vine born in our area and then spread throughout the region, now used to make a DOC wine of great value) or cream of Hazelnuts; Soft heart-shaped Ferratelle; all typical sweets of the most ancient tradition of Abruzzo. These delicious Ferratelle are cooked inside an "FERRO" called in the local dialect "LU FERRE", The "FERRO" in Abruzzo since the year 1700 was engraved with the coat of arms of the noble family or given to the future bride with her initials engraved, as this is a product that is consumed in parties and anniversaries. We also produce Ferratelle Aperitif (savory) both in the classic version with wine and flavored with rosemary, excellent to accompany excellent cocktails. In addition to these delicacies, we produce Cantucci with chocolate, almond biscuits such as Cantucci with 43% almonds, soft Abruzzese Amaretti revisited in two tasty variations: one with a drop of lemon cream and the other with coffee aroma, always with almonds are also the Riccetti covered with a soft layer of icing sugar and the Torroncini covered on the surface with a crunchy meringue.
