Premier Crew Training was established in late 2011 following market demand for UK and International carriers to utilise the large Government funded initiative of providing skills to new and existing employees. Here in the UK we hold a funding contract by the Skills Funding Agency in relation to the delivery of Aviation related vocational accredited qualifications. The funding initiative allows airlines, airports and contractors in the aviation sector to access accredited qualifications that have been aligned and designed to fit with your in house training requirements whilst providing recognised qualifications to your employees. The funding is available for new entrants new to a job role, right up to foundation degree levels. Our clients are able to neutralise recruitment and training costs that would otherwise have been a cost to the business. We work with in-house training departments and their current training and align this to the frameworks required to generate funding.
