Premier Interim Management is a Company based in Scotland dedicated to addressing the Management issues that Small and Medium Enterprises experience when they are looking to grow outside their level of expertise in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Improving Operational Processes, Logistics and Cost Management, experience difficulties through the loss of key personnel or require change and cost reduction in these times of economic difficulty. We are NOT Consultants. We ARE a Company based in Scotland with access to a group of Managers who have years of experience delivering immediate hands-on support through periods of growth, change or loss of key management. We are about bringing expertise, speed and exceptional improvements to bear on a business within short time-scales across the UK and Internationally. There are no Up-Front costs for our Clients. We are confident enough to provide our Initial Analysis Service Free. During this initial pre-determined period we would provide the Client with an Initial Analysis Report detailing the Issue / Area to be addressed and an Action Plan providing a detailed report on how we could deliver and the time-scales involved. Only then would we discuss and agree an appropriate Fee for work to be completed. Return on Investment is key and our Fees reflect the fact that Companies need to manage their Costs and are set at a level appropriate to the needs of the Client.
