Our professional and experienced team create comprehensive room by room and image by image reports which help enforce a streamlined and efficient quality assurance / snagging process. We can also list the reports trade by trade to eliminate any effort by site times and allow the reports to be distributed straight to the relevant (sub) contractor. We use our own in-house software to produce our highly detailed reports - each defect is illustrated, clearly annotated and described to help avoid any excuses from trades and allow documentation. Our team of experts also have the ability to formally analyse the reports to delve into exactly where shortcomings and inconsistencies are occurring on your site(s). The analysis allows for your team to understand how future works can be improved and gives a clear understanding as to any areas of concern. Premium Inspections was founded by Harry the owner of one of the UK's leading snagging inspectors and Ian a 2 x NHBC Pride in the job winner. This has allowed us to create a truly unique service and go beyond managing the quality assurance processes of our clients. We also offer to consult our clients on how they can improve their standards, enhance the quality of their output and establish their reputation. This service involves us integrating into daily activities to accurately assess the practices taking place on site and allow us to create a short and long-term improvement plan.
