Premium Property Operations was founded in May 2005 offering integrated solutions in property sector (real estate). The main activities of the company are property valuations, property management, private property constructions and renovations, market research & negotiations, and property inspections with non destructive testing equipment. Since July 2009, and after the new legislation for the Greek feed-in tariff, the company entered into solar technology and PV installations on roofs (flat and pitched) where has already become an expert. Together, PPO offers a large variety of environmental and structural surveys with impact to public safety and health of occupants. The customers of the company are totally covered from the “Due Diligence” service, which includes the previously mentioned inspections, combined with technical, legal, tax and financial services. The human resources of the company are professionals of extended experience, with long and continuing education & training, with integrated knowledge of the Greek market and completely dedicated to the customer satisfaction.
