Prep-Primary Reading Engagement Program

PREP, Primary Reading Engagement Program, is a powerful evidence-based program designed to motivate young children to read each day. Book choice, contingent rewards (rewards related to reading) and parental involvement are what make PREP successful at helping kids become proficient readers. When students follow the PREP program with fidelity, they become improved, motivated and independent readers. Many students who are beneath grade level benchmarks in reading quickly reach their goals when involved in PREP.
